Full-Time Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes including Italian (pasta, pizza, risotto), American (burgers, sandwiches), grilled items (beef, chicken, seafood) and breakfast/brunch options.
2. Develop menus and recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, portion control and cost efficiency.
3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, food safety compliance and proper presentation of all dishes.
 

Technical Skills

  • Strong skills in international cuisine preparation, grilling techniques and menu development.

Soft Skills

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen organisation.

Additional Details

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant or similar busy kitchen environment.
