Project Coordinator and Cost Controller

Full-Time Construction and Engineering

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, monitor and update project schedules, budgets and cost controls to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
2. Coordinate contractors, site teams, payroll inputs and contract requirements to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
3. Liaise with clients and management by preparing progress reports, quality documentation and supporting contract administration.

Technical Skills

  • Strong skills in cost tracking, coordination and communication.

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.

Experience: 2 years

Additional Details

  • At least 2 years of experience in project planning, coordination or site administration in a construction environment.
