Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and execution of innovative creative concepts across campaigns and platforms.
2. Supervise and mentor the creative team to ensure high quality, on-brand output.
3. Present and defend creative proposals to clients in line with strategic objectives.
 

Technical Skills

  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns across various platforms.
     

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.

Experience: 3 years

Additional Details

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a creative agency, preferably with leadership experience.
