Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate training and team-building programs that enhance performance, collaboration, and leadership capability.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and customize learning interventions for diverse teams and organizations.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide post-training reports and recommendations

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and group engagement skills.

Additional Details

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR,
