Human Resource Officer

Full-Time Agricultural and Gardening Equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Address employee concerns and implement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Identify trainng needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Uganda labour laws and regulations.

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Experience: 2 years
