Safeguarding Officer

Full-Time Literacy and Education (NGO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, strengthen and support implementation of safeguarding policies, procedures and risk assessment.
  • Develop safeguarding tools, reporting mechanisms, referral pathways and case management systems.
  • Train staff, volunteers, and partners on safeguarding, roles and responsibilities.

Technical Skills

  • Demonstarted experience and knowledge in safeguarding, child protection, or protection programming.
  • Ability to work with trauma-affected and special-needs children in a sensitive and ethical manner
