• Provide overall strategic leadership by setting direction, developing policies and driving resource mobilisation.
• Oversee the design, implementation and quality of all training programs.
• Manage the company's operations while ensuring optimal use of its resources.

Education: At least a Master's degree in Education, Organisation Psychology or a related field.

Experience: 3 years

Industry Experience: Soft Skills Training

• At least 5 years of experience in resource mobilization.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role in the international development sector.
