Key Responsibilities

  •  Oversee meat processing, cutting, packaging, and display of premium cuts.
  •  Supervise butchery staff and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
  •  Track inventory, reduce wastage, and prepare daily stock or sales reports.

Technical Skills

  • Training or experience in butchery/meat processing.
  • Strong knife skills.

Soft Skills

  • Good supervisory/communication abilities.

Education & Requirements

Education: At least a diploma in hospitality or a related field.

Experience: 2 years

Industry Experience: Hospitality
