Key Responsibilities

  1. Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day bakery production and ensure efficiencyMaintain high standards of product quality, hygiene, and presentationManage inventory, supplies, and cost control
  2. Team LeadershipSupervise, train, and motivate bakery staff and traineesEnsure proper staff scheduling and productivityBuild a disciplined, customer-focused team culture
  3. Sales & Business GrowthDevelop and implement strategies to increase salesIdentify new market opportunities and partnershipsDrive customer acquisition and retentionMonitor sales performance and take corrective action
  4. Financial ManagementManage daily sales, expenses, and profitabilityControl wastage and optimize production costsPrepare basic financial and performance reports
  5. Training & Academy SupportSupport training programs for students and entrepreneursEnsure quality delivery of practical sessionsMentor trainees where necessary
  6. Customer ExperienceEnsure excellent customer service at all timesHandle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Technical Skills

  • Proven ability to grow sales and manage a business unitGood computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, reporting)

Soft Skills

  • Strong experience in bakery operations and productionHigh level of organization and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsStrong communication and problem-solving skills

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Science, or related field

Experience: 2 years

Industry Experience: Bakery

Additional Details

  • Minimum of 10 years’ management experience, preferably in a bakery or food production environment
