• Key Accountabilities Financial (30%) ● Own and drive the growth of the Digital Business P & L.● Define budgets and measurable goals for the U Digital Business. ● Create alignment across Digital Business eco-systems in order to optimize resource allocation, minimize duplication and jump-start innovation. ● Develop risk appetite thresholds that balance between risk avoiding and risk seeking behaviours, allowing the  Digital Business to extract value from existing red oceans while innovating to discover blue oceans. ● Ensure growth and retention of superior margins from MSL and DFS business. ● Growth and diversification of  Digital Business revenue streams.  Customer (30%) ● Craft a robust customer value management strategy that allows  Digital Business to build deep customer insights that lead a market focused CVM centre of excellence. ● Build and influence internal and external stakeholder relationships that position A as a trusted collaborator for innovative digital financial services solutions; thus creating both economic and reputational value. ● Lead the definition and execution of the Go-To-Market (GTM)/Distribution strategy for Digital Business.● Facilitate the design and execution of market communication to influence customer and stakeholder opinions. ● Provide leadership to business partners to ensure alignment to the Digital Business customer centric vision.    Internal Business Processes (20%) ● Execution of the  Digital Business governance framework. ● Evaluate and mitigate all risks related to the  Digital Business activities with strategic partners; including market changes, internal and external communication. ● Co-ordinate standardisation, alignment, and contextualization efforts of Customer Management policies and procedures.
• Lead the development and review of the same to achieve 100% adherence to policies, procedures and statutory guidelines. ● Uphold operational excellence to meet the Audit and Enterprise Risk framework. ● Work with the Delivery Management unit to achieve consistent and reliable execution of projects needed to deliver the required capabilities by the defined quality gauges. ● Regulatory engagement to assure compliance to regulation and positively influence the bank-regulator relationship. Learning and Growth (20%) ● Structure a fit-for-purpose customer-led growth division that puts the customer first and works backwards to deliver complete solutions. ● Create an entrepreneurial culture and provide professional development and coaching to help people get better at being entrepreneurs. ● Player-coach example setting of best practices in innovative and impactful growth across the team. ● Create an environment for amassing social capital allowing team members to build meaningful professional relationships beyond their business line or team. ● Ensure own and team compliance with all HR policies and best practice guidelines. 

Education: ● University Degree in a Technology, Business Management, Commercial or other quantitative discipline. ● Project Management and Marketing/Service oriented trainings/Certifications are desirable.
