• Provide strategic leadership and governance, working with the Board to drive the organisation's growth and industry positioning.Represent and advocate for the organisation before government, regulatory bodies and regional trade partners.Oversee membership growth, secretariat operations and financial management for the organisation.

Education: Mastes in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.

• Atleast 8 years of senior leadership experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or association management.Strong knowledge of EAC customs regulations and trade protocols.
