• Welcome and assist customers, distributors, and walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner.Handle customer inquiries, product-related questions, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.Coordinate customer orders and liaise with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Support front desk, administrative, and customer service operations.Keep accurate customer records, order details, and sales-related documentation.Follow up on customer orders and provide updates on delivery schedules when required.
