• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple painting projects simultaneously.Supervise painters, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.Ensure all painting and finishing works meet quality standards.Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage.Serve as the primary contact between the company and clients during project execution.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any project management software is an added advantage.

Education: Must have a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
