Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone callsReceive and assist clients and visitors professionally.Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and meeting minutes.Maintain filing systems and company records.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.Support HR with attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation.Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.Coordinate communication between departments.Handle confidential information with discretion.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Good record-keeping and filing abilities.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.High level of integrity and professionalism.Customer service and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Education & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years

Additional Details

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role.Experience working in a construction or engineering company is an added advantage.Familiarity with document management and office procedures.Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
