• Lead, coach and supervise the sales team to achieve customer acquisition, loan disbursement and sales targets.Develop and manage referral channels and partnerships to generate quality leads and grow the customer base.Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through application processing to loan disbursement.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a sales team leader in banking, microfinance, SACCOs, money lending or other financial services.Previous experience in selling financial solutions to mass market and high networth clients.
