Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products.Ensure all baked products meet quality and presentation standards.Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area.Monitor stock levels for baking ingredients and report shortages on time.Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.Support the team in achieving daily production targets and customer satisfaction.

Education & Requirements

Education: Certificate, Diploma, or relevant training in Bakery and Pastry, Food Production, or related field.

Experience: 3 years

Industry Experience: Bakery

  • Proven experience working as a baker in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or related setting.Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Strong attention to detail and creativity in baking and decoration.Good teamwork and communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
