Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Reporting• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts: Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, and ageing reports• Deliver timely month-end and year-end closing reports• Daily reconciliation of revenue recognition and cost of goods sold between POS, inventory, and accounting systemsInventory Control & Cost Management• Oversee real-time inventory management across all branches using integrated inventory and accounting software• Ensure zero stock-outs for all critical fast-moving items• Prepare daily food cost reports• Conduct branch-level and consolidated COGS analysis• Maintain documented minimum inventory levels and reorder pointsCash Flow & Working Capital• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts• Ensure liquidity for operations including payroll and suppliersSupplier & Procurement Management• Manage supplier relationships and credit terms• Maintain approved supplier and alternative supplier documentation with updated price listsPolicies, SOPs & Controls• Develop and enforce SOPs for central purchasing, stock transfers, and inter-branch requisitions• Maintain internal controls and audit readinessAsset Management• Maintain an updated fixed asset register and conduct monthly asset trackingLeadership & Team Management• Lead and develop the finance and inventory teams• Build financial awareness across operational teamsAnalytical & Strategic Support• Prepare advanced analytical reports to support pricing, menu engineering, and business decisions

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Quickbooks, Odoo ERP preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS ExcelExperience with POS, inventory, management and accounting systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and integrityCommercially and operationally minded

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience: 5 years

Industry Experience: Hospitality

Additional Details

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality finance.Multi-branch and inventory-intensive operations experience required.
